Senior Associate
For advocates with six or more years of practice
A senior associate here owns a docket. You will run matters from the first consultation to the final order, supervise the junior advocates working with you, and take responsibility for the advice as well as the appearance.
The firm is deliberately full-service, so there is scope to build a practice around what you do best — whether that is commercial litigation, land and title work, regulatory matters or something the firm does not yet do well.
What the role asks of you
- Six or more years of practice, with a demonstrable record of conducted matters
- Able to lead a matter and to supervise others on it
- Able to write an opinion a client can act on without asking what it means
- Comfortable with direct client responsibility
