Advocate's Clerk
For graduates with basic computer and English skills
A clerk here keeps the office moving. The work is the practical side of a practice: maintaining files and registers, carrying papers to and from the courts and offices, keeping track of dates, and handling correspondence and routine computer work.
You will work directly with the advocates and see how a matter runs from the inside. The role suits someone organised, careful with documents, and willing to learn the court and office routine on the job.
What the role asks of you
- Graduated from a recognised board or university
- Basic computer knowledge — typing, email, and word processing or spreadsheets
- Basic English reading and writing
- Based in or able to work in Bhubaneswar
We read every application. If your profile matches what the firm needs, we will contact you to take it further, subject to a vacancy being available at the time. Applying does not create any engagement, and we cannot promise a reply where there is nothing open to offer.
Draft your resume, cover letter or proposal in your own words. Please do not use AI tools or chatbots to write them, or to fill in this form. An application that reads as machine-written is very likely to be rejected, and that decision is not one we can revisit. Plain, specific and yours reads far better than polished and generic.
